In our initial consultation we will discuss your current health issues and review your history with weight loss and gain. We'll determine what has worked and what hasn't worked for you and begin to develop a plan of action specific to your situation. No two people are alike and what works for some may not work for others. We tailor our strategies to meet the needs of our individual clients regardless of their age, gender or physical condition.
